Your school's data, kept separate

Every school's records are kept apart from every other school's. Every change to our software is checked for this automatically before it goes live.

Each person sees only their part

Access follows each person's job. The cashier sees fees, a teacher sees their own classes, and the principal sees the whole school.

Personal details on a need-to-know basis

Parents see only their own children. A class teacher sees only their own students, and a driver sees only the names and classes of the children on their bus.

No password guessing

Passwords are never sent by email, and a first password must be changed at first sign-in. After repeated wrong passwords the account locks.

Leavers lose access the same day

When a member of staff or a family leaves your school, their sign-in and their school notifications stop the same day.

A lost phone is cut off at once

If a parent loses a phone, the school issues a new login slip and the old phone is signed out immediately.

Our support team has limits

We can open only your staff accounts, never a parent's or a student's, for at most one hour, with a reason you can see. We cannot take or refund payments or delete students.

Every important action recorded

Sign-ins, fee activity, marks, changes to access, data downloads and support visits are all recorded with who did it and when, and you can see that record yourself.

Every upload and entry checked

Spreadsheets are checked before they are opened, and damaged or oversized files are refused. Every field is checked for what it may hold, so a phone number is always a phone number.

What does Patashala360 actually do?

It runs the whole school office in one software: admission enquiries, student and parent records, classes and subjects, attendance, homework, exams and report cards, fees and fee reports, expenses, transport and bus fees, staff, notices and the academic calendar. At the end of the year it promotes every student in one step and carries unpaid fees forward. Apps for parents and teachers are launching soon.

What does it cost, and how do we pay?

₹9.90 per student per month, billed once a year for the 10 months school runs. Up to 100 students, every module is free. You pay by UPI, bank transfer or cheque, and your licence dates are always visible in Settings.

How do we move our existing student data in?

Our team enters it for you, at your school: students, parents, staff, fees, bus routes and last year's dues, from your registers and lists. You then check 20 students picked at random and sign off, and your registers never leave your campus. Setup takes about 10 working days. Lists already in Excel can be imported directly, and any mistakes are shown before anything is saved.

Do we need a technical person in school to use it?

No. The office uses it in a web browser and there is nothing to install on your computers. We set your school up, load your existing student and staff data, and train your office team. After that the people who use it are your clerk, your class teachers and your principal.

What support do we get?

Email support on every plan, in English, Telugu or Hindi. We listen to your feedback and improve the product with it, and we fix what goes wrong. On a paid licence, if we cannot fix an issue remotely, we come to your school within 4 working days (Monday to Saturday). Paid schools also get their data entered by our team at the school, and training for the office staff who will use it daily.

Is there a mobile app for parents?

It is launching soon, on Android and iOS. One parent login will cover all their children at the school and show today's attendance, fee dues, homework, published results, the school calendar, notices and bus details, with the school bus on a live map during each trip. The school office prints the login slip, so parents do not need an email address. Teachers will use the same app to mark attendance for their own classes.
