Yes. A school with up to 100 students uses every module of Patashala360 without paying. There is no card to enter and nothing to install.
Which modules are included for free?
Every module that is ready today: all 24 of them, from admissions and fees to exams, transport and staff. The free plan is not a cut-down version.
What happens when our school passes 100 students?
You move to the paid licence at ₹9.90 per student per month, billed once a year for the 10 school months. All your records stay exactly as they are.
What does the paid licence add?
On a paid licence our team enters your existing data at your school, trains your office staff, and visits within 4 working days if an issue cannot be fixed remotely.
Is our data safe on the free plan?
Yes. Every school, free or paid, gets the same protections: records kept apart from every other school, access by role, data stored in India and backups every 2 hours.
