3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• Unauthorized use of another person's account is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws. You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and process it for providing our services.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the platform, including hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Payment & Fees

All payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in a separate agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on Patashala360 are the property of Patashala360 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patashala360, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or applicable laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
