It runs the whole school office in one software: admission enquiries, student and parent records, classes and subjects, attendance, homework, exams and report cards, fees and fee reports, expenses, transport and bus fees, staff, notices and the academic calendar. At the end of the year it promotes every student in one step and carries unpaid fees forward. Apps for parents and teachers are launching soon.

₹9.90 per student per month, billed once a year for the 10 months school runs. Up to 100 students, every module is free. You pay by UPI, bank transfer or cheque, and your licence dates are always visible in Settings.

Our team enters it for you, at your school: students, parents, staff, fees, bus routes and last year's dues, from your registers and lists. You then check 20 students picked at random and sign off, and your registers never leave your campus. Setup takes about 10 working days. Lists already in Excel can be imported directly, and any mistakes are shown before anything is saved.

No. The office uses it in a web browser and there is nothing to install on your computers. We set your school up, load your existing student and staff data, and train your office team. After that the people who use it are your clerk, your class teachers and your principal.

Email support on every plan, in English, Telugu or Hindi. We listen to your feedback and improve the product with it, and we fix what goes wrong. On a paid licence, if we cannot fix an issue remotely, we come to your school within 4 working days (Monday to Saturday). Paid schools also get their data entered by our team at the school, and training for the office staff who will use it daily.

It is launching soon, on Android and iOS. One parent login will cover all their children at the school and show today's attendance, fee dues, homework, published results, the school calendar, notices and bus details, with the school bus on a live map during each trip. The school office prints the login slip, so parents do not need an email address. Teachers will use the same app to mark attendance for their own classes.

Yes. Your school's records are kept completely separate from every other school's, and we check this every time we update the software. It is the most important promise a shared school software makes, so we never treat it lightly.

Only while we are helping your school, and every action is recorded under the name of the person who made it. While helping, our team cannot take, reverse or refund payments, give concessions, or delete fee records or students. Setup work, such as entering opening balances and importing your lists, stays possible because that is how we load your data.

In India. Your data is stored in Mumbai and backed up every 2 hours, with backup copies kept in Delhi. It always travels over a secure, encrypted connection.

Yes. It is online 24 hours a day and watched day and night, and our team is alerted at once if anything stops working. Updates are installed after school hours, so they do not disturb the school day.

Yes. You start from 24 ready-made roles, from correspondent and principal to accountant, teacher and bus attendant, and can change any of them. Personal details follow need: a class teacher sees only their own students, parent phone numbers reach only the staff who need them, and a driver sees only the name and class of the children on their bus.

Each student can start with an opening balance: last year's unpaid dues and the fees already paid this year before you moved to Patashala360. You can enter them one by one or upload them for the whole school in one Excel file. Opening balances never appear in the day book or the cash totals.

You see the promotion first, with exactly which student moves to which class, before anything changes. When you run it, every student, class and fee record moves together in one step, so it can never stop half way. If something looks wrong afterwards, you can undo the entire promotion.

Yes. Payments can be reversed and refunds recorded from the fee screen, and the correction stays visible rather than quietly overwriting what was there. If a class's fees were set up wrongly, correct them once and every student in that class is updated. The same payment can never be entered twice by accident.

Yes. The Free plan includes every module for a school of up to 100 students, and it stays free. If you have more students, ask us for a demo on your own data first.

You get a reminder in the app 30 days before it ends. After the end date there are 15 days of grace with everything working. After that the school becomes read-only: staff can still view every record, but changes are paused until the renewal is recorded. Parent and student logins are not blocked, and no data is ever deleted because a licence ended.

A parent, student or staff member can ask the school office, or follow the steps on our account deletion page. A school that leaves can download all of its data to Excel first, and then ask us to delete it.
